Built by people who got tired of watching their neighbours get bad internet.

Tivra Telecom started with a small crew of field engineers who spent years fixing other providers' problems from the outside — diagnosing faults a call centre script could never catch. We got tired of patching up someone else's underprovisioned network, so we started building our own.

Our story

A small crew building something bigger, one street at a time.

We're not the biggest name in the region, and we're not trying to be — yet. What we are is a local team that grows the same way every time: someone gets connected, notices the difference, and tells the next street over.

01

Started in the field

Our founders spent years installing and repairing connections for a larger carrier — mostly fixing problems a call centre couldn't diagnose over the phone.

02

Built our own network

Rather than keep reselling someone else's congested lines, we started laying fibre and lighting exchanges we own and operate ourselves.

03

Closed the coverage gaps

Rooftop fixed-wireless links now bring service to addresses just outside the fibre footprint, so a street being "out of range" isn't the end of the conversation.

04

Growing into business-grade service

Symmetrical fibre and SLA-backed plans mean local offices, clinics, and retailers can now run on the same network we built for homes.

What we hold ourselves to

The four things we don't compromise on.

01

Publish the real numbers

Suburb-level speed data is public on our site, updated monthly, including the months it isn't flattering.

02

Answer the phone locally

Support is staffed by people who can see your line diagnostics, not a rotating overseas queue reading a script.

03

No contract as a leash

Discounts should reward commitment, not trap people who want to leave. Every plan can be cancelled without a fee.

04

Fix it before it's noticed

Network monitoring flags degrading lines before they fail outright, so most faults get resolved before a customer calls in.
